About the Event
Join Dr. Joe and Kim Olachea as they share their love for the land of Israel and some of the lessons they have learned over the years in their studies and leading tours to the biblical lands.
On Tuesday evening, August 22 @ 6:30 - 8:30 PM, you are invited to join us at the Fairfield Harbour Community Center in New Bern, NC, for a light, authentic Israel meal followed by a visual journey through the land of Israel. Enjoy the opportunity to get acquainted with your neighbors from Fairfield Harbour and the surrounding New Bern area to learn more about the land of Israel!
During the one-hour workshop, Dr. Joe Olachea will lead you through the land of Israel from Dan to Beersheba. From Old Testament days to the time of Christ, we will see how Jesus used the land and culture to teach the multitudes, lead His disciples, and journey into the wilderness where He was tempted by Satan and where He spent extensive time with His Father. The Israeli guides tell us that the land was a mentor to God's people from the Exodus to the coming of Messiah to the end times. You will leave with a better understanding of Scripture, including the final words of Jesus, “Go and make disciples of all people groups.”
There will be time for questions following the workshop with brochures available for the 2024 DisciplePath Israel Trip , February 26 through March 8, 2024. We would love for you join us and for a group from the Harbour experience the land of Israel with us!
You may request a copy of the brochure by visiting the DisciplePath Events Page.
