Coach/Trainer
Email: ddurfee@athenachristian.com

As a Senior Pastor, Delbert has been a successful implementer of DisciplePath Church Training in his own congregation. He has also shared his expertise as a trainer of these principles by coaching other pastors and church leaders to do the same.

Roger Pedersen
Coach/Trainer
Email: roger@cgchurch.com

Roger Pedersen is from the Northwest. He attended Bible Schools in Washington and Tennessee, earning 3 degrees, which says more about perseverance than it does learning. His greatest education came from thirty three years of pastoral ministry in older established churches that had stalled in spiritual and numerical growth. Utilizing the skills and tools offered through DP, he has helped several churches re-invent themselves as disciple making congregations that are actively doing their part to fulfill the Great Commission (Mathew 28:19-20).

Testimonial

DisciplePath understands that the way to grow healthy, balanced churches is through a people-building process, rather than church programs.
-Rick Warren

Go with DisciplePath on a journey that could transform your ministry.
-Dr. John Maxwell

Leadership is passed on from one leader to others. It is modeled . . . DisciplePath uses an approach which trains a team of leaders in your church over a long period of time. It is not just a seminar, but a training process to equip and coach leaders until your church has an ever expanding team of disciplemakers.
-Dr. Howard Hendricks, Dallas Theological Seminary

DisciplePath is the most church-friendly, lay-involved, disciplemaking spiritual growth program that I have encountered. This is more than a program – it gets lay leaders involved in the purpose of the church. . . it works because it makes sense.
-Dr. Kenneth Meyer, Former Chancellor, Trinity International University

DisciplePath inspired our leadership and revitalized our congregation!
-Ron Johnson, Pastor, Corvallis Evangelical Church, Corvallis, OR
